Ceramic Japan launches a new porcelain collection of a carafe, tumbler and a cup, with thermochromatic patterns on their surfaces. The ice inspired shapes turn into brilliant blue when cooled under 14 degrees Celcius.
This effect allows seeing the amount of water left inside the opaque porcelain or, be a starting point for new conversations.
The shape of the carafe is carefully made by hand from the first rough model to the final production mold. That way, a natural appearance is achieved which would fit any ambiance. A subtle concaved detail on both sides makes holding with one hand easier. The collection is made in standard dimensions to fit everyday use.
